Bulls Grab Nine Season Honors for 2023-24
April 25, 2024 - At the conclusion of the 2023-24 SPHL season, the Birmingham Bulls are recipients of nine league honors including league Most Valuable Player. Carson Rose - Most Valuable Player Rose captured the 2023-2024 Kevin Swider Leading Scorer Award, pacing the SPHL with 65 points. In addition, Rose led the league with 241 shots on goal while finishing the regular season third in goals (30) and fifth in assists (35). Birmingham's Carson Rose Named SPHL Most Valuable Player
April 25, 2024 - The SPHL on Thursday announced that Carson Rose of the Birmingham Bulls has been selected as the 2023-2024 SPHL Most Valuable Player. Quad City's Matt Ustaski finished second in the balloting. The SPHL Most Valuable Player award is presented annually to the player selected to be the most valu- able to his team as determined in a vote of league coaches, broadcasters, and staff. April 24, 2024 - HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. - The SPHL named Fayetteville Marksmen forward Simon Boyko Rookie of the Year Wednesday. Boyko, 25, was named to the 2023-24 All-Rookie team and All-SPHL Second Team after skating in 39 games for Fayetteville during the 2023-24 season and tallying 56 points (27G+29A). His 19 powerplay points (8G+11A) led rookies in all three categories.
