Rockers Barraclough Headed to Texas Rangers

May 6, 2024 - HIGH POINT, N.C. - High Point Rockers right-handed pitcher Kyle Barraclough has had his contract purchased by the Texas Rangers. Barraclough will report to Texas' Class AAA team in Round Rock, Texas. This is the second consecutive year in which Barraclough's early season success as a Rocker has led to a contract purchase by an MLB team. Rockers Stop Skid with Sunday Win over York

May 5, 2024 - HIGH POINT, N.C. - The bottom half of the batting order provided a big lift on Sunday, helping the High Point Rockers end a four-game losing streak with a 5-1 in the final game of the series with the York Revolution on Sunday afternoon at Truist Point. High Point's sixth through eighth hitters in the order, Brian Parreira, Ryan Grotjohn and Clayton Mehlbauer, combined to go five-for-11 with three runs scored, two homers and three RBI. May 4, 2024 - HIGH POINT, N.C. - York's Matt McDermott hit a pair of triples to lead the Revolution's nine-hit attack in an 8-2 win over the High Point Rockers on Saturday night at Truist Point. York used a pair of three-run innings to take their second straight from High Point and leave the Rockers with a four-game losing streak. May 3, 2024 - HIGH POINT, N.C. - The High Point Rockers were held to four hits by five York pitchers as the Revolution took a 6-2 decision in the opening game of a three-game series in front of 2,006 fans at Truist Point on Friday night. After being held to two hits on Thursday by Charleston, the Rockers had a double, a single and a pair of home runs on Friday.
