Indians at Storm Chasers Postponed Due to Inclement Weather

April 26, 2024 - The Indianapolis Indians have announced that Friday night's game at Omaha has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday, April 28, with Game 1 scheduled for 1:05 PM ET. Victory Field Classic Participants Announced for May 10 Doubleheader

April 26, 2024 - INDIANAPOLIS - Four Indiana high school baseball teams will compete in the 15th edition of the Victory Field Classic presented by BSN Sports on Friday, May 10 at Victory Field. The 5 PM contest pairs Mt. Vernon (Fortville) vs. Lawrence North (4A No. 21 by Prep Baseball Report) ahead of the 7:30 PM matchup between North Central and Mooresville (4A No. 5 by Prep Baseball Report). Indians Walked off by Storm Chasers in Ninth, 5-4

April 25, 2024 - PAPILLION, Neb. - A two-run rally sparked by a go-ahead triple from Matt Gorski in the top of the ninth inning was not enough as the Omaha Storm Chasers defeated the Indianapolis Indians in walk-off fashion at Werner Park on Thursday evening, 5-4. Down by two runs in the bottom of the ninth, Omaha (14-10) led off with a single from Nick Loftin. Following a one-out walk, CJ Alexander singled against Geronimo Franzua (L, 1-1) to score Loftin.
