Simon Boyko Named to 2023-24 All-SPHL Second Team
April 18, 2024 - HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. - The SPHL announced its 2023-24 All-SPHL Second Team selections Thursday, which included Fayetteville Marksmen rookie forward Simon Boyko. Boyko, 25, was named to the All-Rookie team Wednesday after skated in 39 games for Fayetteville during the 2023-24 season, and tallying 56 points (27G+29A). His 19 powerplay points (8G+11A) led rookies in all three categories. April 18, 2024 - PEORIA, IL - The SPHL and the Peoria Rivermen announced on Thursday that defenseman Zach Wilkie and goaltender Nick Latinovich have been named to the 2023-24 SPHL All-First team and All-Second teams respectively. Wilkie, a native of Villa Park, IL, is in his third season with the Rivermen and the SPHL. April 18, 2024 - ROANOKE, VA. - The SPHL announced on Thursday that Roanoke defensemen Brendan Pepe and Matt O'Dea have both been named to the league's All-SPHL teams. Pepe was named to the All-SPHL First Team, while O'Dea was named to the All-SPHL Second Team. Pepe is in his second full professional season with Roanoke, and led all SPHL defensemen with 13 goals while his 41 points were tied for the league lead.
